Brief Description
Demwe is a new project in the state of Arunachal Pradesh. Site investigation work is going on in full swing. The project has been planned in two stages on River Lohit – Upper Demwe to generate 1800 MW and Lower Demwe to generate 1200 MW. Abir is constructing all the new roads and pathways including strengthening of old roads and pathways for starting of works. Abir is also doing tunneling work on the right and left banks at upper and lower dams.
