His prior assignment was with a joint venture Company of Gammon Infraprojects Ltd. as CEO. He was associated with RCF as an Executive Director and with National Fertilizers as a Director (Technical).

Mr. J. Sridharan has over 36 years of post qualification experience in both publc sector and private sector companies. He has worked in various capacities in different sectors i.e in Heavy industries Engineering Group, Aviation and Power Sector.
He worked in BHEL for than 12 years, with Tube investments group for about 14 months and was associated with Airport Authority of India for more than 9 years. He joins us from PowerGRID Corporation of India Ltd, Gurgaon where worked for total of 11 years and during this period as Director (Finance) for more that five years.
